I recently conducted a survey asking women and men who followed me on social media (and my friends) what traits they look for in a man they would like to date.

Women are looking for a kind man who has a vision and a plan.

Women love a man with intelligence, integrity, and imperfections.

Women pay close attention to your sense of humor and your positive energy. They gauge kindness based on your interactions and stories, so leave the negativity at work.

They highly value men who know how to communicate clearly and connect on a deep level. I know clear, direct communication with women doesn't come as natural for men.Yet, they are essential to creating and sustaining a relationship. I work with men on these exact skills so they can attract and keep the love they desire. 

Women aren't expecting superman or prince charming. They want a real man. Not a fantasy. Not Mr. Perfect.
